About Course
Welcome to unit TQ005 Business Management Systems (Quality Fundamentals). Please read this carefully.
This Unit is intended to give the student an overview of how ‘Quality’ can be managed in an organisation and how it can allow everyone from the |Chief Executive at the top through to all levels of employee.
This is the last Unit in this course and following your final Quiz can obtain a Certificate to show what you have achieved.
Also as we mentioned in Unit TQ001, if you have joined the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) as a Foundation member, and if you have more than 2 years experience working in a Quality Function, you may be able to obtain Quality Practitioner level status. If you mentioned us in your original application to the CQI they will waive the application fee. Good luck.
